remington 742-value?

What would be the value of a Remington model 742 Woodmaster Bicentennial
semi auto thats never been fired. Have original box and paperwork.

    Hello Gary,

    $500 on a good day... less on most. The Model 742 does not have a good reputation, and very few people intentionally collect them.

    I have 2- the 66 Rem and the 67 Canadian. They are both real accurate. I think there are a lot of folks who would buy that unfired.

    Just list it with a hidden reserve that is real high...like 650 and see what happens.
