    yes you do. short history. daisy made these guns for like 3 years before the atf jumped in and siad that they couldnt make them because they didnt have a license to make firearms, only air rifles. the case less ammo is ignited by compressed air, but since it used gunpowder to push the projectile they needed a license. i have been buying this ammo for the last two years here and there for about 7 per 100. i recently won on auction a very nice rifle for this ammo.

    I got one of the first ones...never went through an FFL...was in high school...trigger was terrible just like a cheap BB gun. Gave it back to the hardware store I bought it from and got my money back. Still have 20 rounds of the ammo if someone wants it.

    5mm- it IS ammo- altho a touch different than most. DO NOT MAIL IT ! UPS Ground, mark ORM-D Cartridges, small arms.
