Mossberg barre/forend combos

I'm looking to purchase barrel/forend combos that fit the discontinued Mossberg Model SSI-ONE single shot rifle. I have 30.06 and 12 gauge rifled slug barrels, but need the turkey choke and .243 caliber sporter sets. If anyone can help with this, please email:
