As you can see, it is not exactly what the standard rim size is for the '06 and .308 family.

Lee identifies it as their shell holder "# 2". Actually it's the most common size shell holder, as the dimensions are the standard size used for the 30-06, .308 & .45 Auto.

The case head of the 35 rem is actually a bit smaller than that of the 45ACP, 30-06, 308 rounds, but their shell holder works adequately.
