Can someone help?

Is there any difference in the worth of a pair of Walther PPK"s that have consecutive serial numbers, as opposed to 2 pistols with just any ser. nos. ?
Incidentally there is a third with only one digit difference in the ser. number of the other two.

Thanks for your help.

Once in my youth I marveled over a consecutive numbered pair of Walthers in the dealer's showcase. He said "Son, when they come out of the factory, they ALL have consecutive serial numbers."

I no longer get excited over it unless it is a pair of well used guns that have stayed together over the years.

    Pre-war Germany, probably.
    Post-war Germany, maybe.
    Interarms, doubtful.
    S&W, no way.

I paid a small premium for a pair of Kel-Tec 2000's years ago. A dealer on GB sold me a pair of FN 5-7's at the reg price if I could wait 30 days (which I did). My local dealer got me 5 - AR receivers with consectutive numbers for no surcharge.

I don't expect these to be a big money maker. I just thought it would be nice for my son and I to have a few conc. # pieces.
It's too late for me, save yourself.

Colt first generation single actions [:p]YES[:p] high point [xx(]no . The older and more collector interest the more it will make a difference.
