I have an Eagle Eye Optics electro red dot (1X22X33) that will not hold zero. Anyone know the procedure to return it to the factory for a replacement? Also need return address.
TIA

I emailed the owner twice last week, for shipping instructions. Did not get a reply.

This was the first hit on the list when I did a google search. If you scroll to the end of the pages (after 500 scopes) there is about 10 emails. Seems like someone would respond. I will be glad to search again and help you find another method of contacting the company and will post whatever I find.

The reason I even responded to your post...

The gun show I was at Sunday had a booth with 4 tables of this brand of scoped for sale. Their logo is an eagle in the crosshairs of a scope. Unfortunately, this past week in Manatee county FL, someone shot a bald eagle. This has been all over the local paper and news so this had me looking at their products even though I was not familiar with them.

    Good luck

    Hello all,

I can not believe that someone would shoot a American Bald Eagle like that But they shoot people too every day. This person should go to jail for a long time!!! And may I add he is lucky I did not see him (I would have to do my civic duty (citizens arrest)for sure! I do not think he would like the result if he used deadly force on me!

Back to the topic at hand.

Our Eagle Eye Emblem is not a Eagle in Crosshairs though It is a very nice pictorial rendering of the Magnificent Bird of Prey.

Below is the reply I sent Maalox. He also listed my email on this page as the distributor for Florida and Georgia thanks to maalox for being a Blood Brother as Uncle Ted would say!
    XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Return method is to send back with $20.00 to cover shipping and handling to
the address on the warranty sheet provided at time of purchase. (There is no
    other option)!

The distributors do not handle defectives at all! It is required that the
owner of the optic ship it to the Owner of the company with check or money
order ($20.00) addressed to Istvan J. Kovary 393 W. St. Johns Road Glendale
    AZ 85308

Usual turn around is under 2 weeks, Istvan the owner of Eagle Eye Optics is
the repair technician, this also helps him to observe any and all problems!
So he can deal with it logically!

    Thanks Joe

Eagle Eye optics is a Family Business not a large corporate operation, manufacturing and assembly in Bratislava Slovak Republic.

The Owner is Istvan J. Kovary (Steve).

The products have been sold on gunbroker in the past.

If there is some interest I will post some more optics on Gunbroker.

You can check out my profile and get my email info.
