TC Encore Scope Mounts

I just purchased a TC Encore with 22-250 barrel (24" rifle). I have a 3-9X40 Nikon Scope to mount on this barrel. Wondering what the best base and rings would be? Anyone have any experience or opinions? Thanks!

I use the Burris Signatures and I believe the Leupolds are nice too....Bull

TC makes a one piece mount/base that is solid yet slim.

i've used both styles of base and ring setups and find the Weaver #410 with standard Weaver style rings allows more movement of the scope for eye relief,find out which style best suits you and go with it,they both work,just my .02,good luck

Recoil won't be an issue - the T/C one is fine, but doesn't give alot of room for adjustment.

The answer to what base/rings are best is almost always Warne or Talley.

The Leupold, Burris, Millet, etc. turn in style are a pain and once you buy and alignment tool and lapping rod you will realize why they are necessary. They usually need a lot of work.

Thanks for all the replies. I think I may try the Talley base and ring combination. Looks pretty sturdy in pictures and appears that it may allow the scope to ride a little farther back than some combinations. Again thanks for the advice!
