I ran across a Win mod 70 super grade in 300WSM, I would like to have a BOSS installed both for bullet tuning and the added benifit of the brake feature,who would be set up to thread and index mark my barrel. very best

    Hello You Don't state if this is a Pre 1964 super grade or later model if PRE 1964 I would not modify a SUPER GRADE but instead sell your rifle buy a new rifle with BOSS installed and pocket the change.

    I doubt that they made the Model 70 Super Grade chambered for the 300 WSM before 1964 seeing that the caliber is pretty new. If it was then the barrel has been changed and the value as far as (pre64) is shot for a collector....
    Any competent Gunsmith should be able to do as you ask as far as threading and indexing your barrel....
