Hellweg 221a - ?

I picked up a couple Hellweg holsters, model 221A. Any idea what pistols they are designed for?

    If I remember correctly the 221A was the paddle speed holster for carry with the butt forward under the rib cage and I don't think that model is still in production. It should fit any large automatic like a 1911, CZ, Glock, ect..
