J Stevens Single shot

I have a J Stevens .22cal single shot break open, take down rifle with a patent date of 1913. It is a lever action rolling block action and I believe it is possibly be a "Creck Shot, a "Boys Rifle" or a "Favorite" but I am not sure. It is in extremely poor condition, but the owner wants it restored for sentimental reasons. Any idea of what it might be??
Thanks

If you are lucky it might be a Stevens "Walnut Hill" target rifle (although, they weren't breakdowns)
