Does your perception of "excellent condition" match the NRA Grading standards definition of "Excellent" condition[?]

Does it have the 1943-1946 era flat-band or the standard milled figure-8 front barrel band?

It was manufactured circa 1941 or early 1942. You still have not answered my question concerning the actual graded condition.
