thinking of purchasing a bushmaster upper that has brake permanetly attached to barrel for compliance(NY). the only other option I know of-other than moving to another state- would maybe be the "bull" dpms barrels that don't have anything on end of barrel. any ideas? I did see one welded in local gun shop...ugly!
