Commander-style ring hammer on revolver?

Anyone ever seen a commander-style ring hammer on a revolver?
Can you buy one of these aftermarket for say a Smith?
I think this would be a cool way to get the low-snag effect of a bobbed hammer without actually bobbing it.

A Charter bobbed hammer went on my 44 Target Police but that also falls short for single action use.
A 1/4-3/8" ring like on the HiPower, needs to replace the spur on the Chief.
Folding spurs like on some of the old Merwin Hulberts would be a good idea.
They checker the top of the hammer, so you can use it for single-action.
Of course, you need a lot of metal to do this, but it's a great idea!
I've seen that type on those Thunder Five .45 Colt revolvers. Looked cool.
Well what do you know!
You'd think one of the major manufacturers would try putting this on a mainstream revolver. Its not like this reduced-snag hammer is exactly a "new" concept.
