Someone I know has A Winchester 94 30-30 Alaskan Centenniel or something like that. It has a Alaskan Medallion, a gold loading gate, a gold screw in pin to keep it from being fired, some scroll work, nice wood, unfired. It has a matching rack with matching Medallion. It has 1967 stamped in ink somewhere I can't remember. What is it? Proabably 99% of the finish. SN APC3150 which is wierd that it starts with letters. Under $500.

In my experience a Winchester Commemorative that 99% without original box and papers, has no collectors value. Just another 30-30.

I've seen the guys who collect them go over them with a magnifying glass. To make absolutely sure that the are in 100% untouched, NIB condition.
