Well someone is using my account to bid on rifles without me knowing it. So I get home, and see that I have won an auction that I didn't bid on. Been trying to get a hold of gunbrokers to see what to do, without much luck. So I contact the seller tell him what's going on and is going to sue me. What should I do? Need help please.

Contact Gunbroker and get a GOOD lawyer.

Go to the HELP link and open a support issue. It's the ONLY way to contact Gunbroker for help.

Meanwhile, find out who was using your computer or who might have hacked in. If you share a computer, always log out and remove your user name and password.

Sounds like you are on the hook for a sale at this point.

Try contacting the seller. Offer to reimburse him the fees for the sale and let him relist his item.

This thread is at an end. Auction support isn't done here.
