Serial number is 787037... one site states it is 1964 production... any other input? It's a 30-06, is it worth anything in 95% condition with a new synthetic stock?

My list says 1964 as well. Because it is above serial number 700000 (the accepted cut off serial number for the pre-64 made rifles), it is not considered a collector grade specimen, so the synthetic replacement stock isn't going to hurt the value any. Realistic value is about $150-$175 under what a brand new rifle costs.
