Old Browning 22 takedown semi rifle

Just had this rifle come into shop on consignment and can't find in any books. It is like the Browning Grade I,II,III or the Remington 24 and 241 take down semi auto 22 rifle. This rifle also loads through the stock but through a hole on top of the pistol grip instead of on the side of the stock. There is no model number on the barrel or the receiver and all writing on barrel is the old type and made in Belgium. Another interesting thing is that there is no serial number on the receiver but there is one on the bottom of the barrel. Hope someone can give me some information on this weapon concerning model value etc. Please email fred@hunters-den.com. Thanks and hope someone can help.

Look in your Blue Book under:
Fabrique Nationale and you should find it under "Top Loader".
Don't have mine handy or I'd look it up for you.
