Value of Ruger .204 rifle?

A pawn shop has an extremely nice Ruger M77 MK II for sale in .204 caliber that I am interested in buying. He hasn't priced it yet. I was wondering what it's worth. It is about 98% condition. It is blued with standard weight barrel. The stock is plain walnut with checkering. No box or papers. Thanks for any replies.
