Savage 10ml Thumbhole Stock
Matchshot

I have been going through the literature and am fairly certain Savage does not have a left handed version of the 10ml with a thumbhole stock. Can anyone confirm this? Cursed and blessed to be part of a minority group....

Just add $15 for the left handed version.
Lots of guys on the Savage Muzzleloader Forum have had stocks made by Richards Microfit.

You can get Richards Microfit to make you a beautiful lefthanded thumbhole stock for the Savage Muzzleloader. You can get beautiful walnut, or curly maple, better wood than anything Savage makes. Also they have some freaky electric blue and red laminated stocks.

Wow! Thanks! Those are great looking stocks! I will get the best priced SS model 10ml and marry it to one of these great stocks. Thanks again!

Some of the guys don't put a ramrod channel on the Richards Microfit stock. They have a rod for the range, and just carry a collapsible rod for hunting. Then, some of the guys inlet a ramrod channel, the Savage forum can tell you how to do it.
I have the blued/plastic rifle, and I want to get a nice curly maple stock for it but I just haven't gotten around to it yet. Plus my tupperware stocked rifle is so damned accurate I am almost afraid to mess with it, "If it ain't broke don't fix it" etc.
