info on rifles.tu 33/40, aks-7.62 polytec folder

just picked up a polytec. aks stamped receiver 7.62x39, under folder with folding bayonet made at 386 arsenal serial pf039xx, imported by KFS atlanta ga.in ex con. and a TU-33/40 in .22,looks like a 98K mauser. imported by navy armes,in ex co. when were they made and what are they worth? thanks for the info,eastbank.
