I have a chance to purchase another H&R top break. It is nickle plated. Has a 5 round cyl in 32 cal. It has no external hammer. cal marking on the side of barrel H&R on top with pat date. very low 6 digit ser# Looks pretty clean. top break is a little tight closing.

Any guess on year/model. And approx what should I offer?

caliber markings on left side of barrel and low 6 digit serial number indicate a H&R Hammerless Second Model (1905-1941) 5 shot 32 S&W caliber indicates a small frame version. the only model name given to these revolvers were "H&R Hammeless" second model hammerless's were manufactured for smokeless powder pressures so if in shooting condition it should be ok with modern factory standard velocity ammo.
