Just bought a Frister&Rossmann butcher blade. Anyone know what the symbol of what i would describe as 2 stickmen on the side of the blade represent? The blade is 1915-1917 era.

It's the company trademark. The blade will be dated on the spine of the blade. Look for the crown/Fraktur then a two digit number.
