Which 9 mm is this?

That gun was popular in 32 acp (Buffalo Bill had one I've read) so I guess it's a blow back action which implies 9X17 mm (.380)?

    It is a .380. I have one and they are great shooters.

    It's actually a Model 1917 Savage, rather then a Model 1907. The grip and hammer configuration had been improved/changed from the earlier Model 1907. Although with the lighting on the one in the auction, it's hard to tell if the finish is original? They did have a mat blue finish.

    The guy speculates it might be reblued...either it has been reblued or was extremely well cared for and shot very little. Can't really tell without a closer look.
