    My info says:

U.S Arms Co. - (if no foreign proofmarks) made by Crescent Firearms Co. of Norwich, CT for Supplee-Biddle Hdw. Co. of Philadelphia, PA

    Also:

United States Arms & Cutlery Company Rochester, New York, c. 1876, manufacturer of knife pistols and unusual arms.
United States Arms Company Brooklyn, New York, c. 1874-78, manufacturer of revolvers.
United States Arms Company New York City, 1874-78, manufacturer of knife pistols and revolvers.
United States Arms Corporation Manufacturer of revolvers in Riverhead New York, c. 1926, now distributed by Mossberg.
United States Small Arms Company Chicago, Illinois, c. 1917, manufacturer of knife pistols

However, being a shotgun, most likely made by Crescent. In 1930, H&D Folsom bought out Crescent, so singleshot59 could also be right.
