Anyone had any experience buying anything from the "Cannon Store"?
They have a nice web site and sell mostly miniture cannons which fire a 10 gauge black powder blank. I ordered something from them several weeks ago and have not heard a thing or a response to my inquiries.
Thanks

You probably already know all this, but here goes:

I imagine (rather, I hope) you paid with a credit card.

If you've given them reasonable time to send (and you to receive) the order and if you've given them reasonable time to respond to your inquiries, you could check out the website and look for the "Contact Us" button. There should be a "Contact Us" button and in that page should be a telephone number.

If you get that far and get no results from a phone call, you can call up your credit card security department (their number should be on the back of the credit card), then navigate through the sea of recordings until you are speaking to a representative. Tell them the story and ask them to reverse the charge. They will and will probably send you a form to fill out detailing the problem.

There could be a problem wherein the vendor did ship the order and you never received it. The vendor should be able to refer to some kind of delivery confirmation to prove they shipped and the item was delivered. If you didn't get it, they should file a claim with the shipper and reship, unless they can come up with a signature for receipt of the order on your end.
