find the magnification of a JW * scope?

    If it's not marked, it might be difficult. Stroebel's book lists Feckers Telescopic sights. Unfortunately the same size scopes would have various magnifications depending on the power of the lens closest to the eye. Inspect that lens closely to see if their any markings on it. If it's not marked it might be a aftermarket replacement?

    Which Model is it?

    * made seven different telescope models between 1924 and 1961, and each was made in several different magnification options.

    I don't know the model number; where would I find that? I'm just lost on this scope.

    The dimensions of the scope (the length and diameter) will most likely identify which variation that it is. Can you post a few pictures of it?
