Kahr MK40

Also have a Kahr MK40, 40 cal. carry semi auto. I also aquired this carry piece also. I do not know any thing about it but it is a SS hammer-less carry weapon, 2or 3" barrel, SS with black grips. Any info on this pistol will be helpful. Also what is the going price on one of these and how old might it be?This pistol was made in Worcester, MA

    I have the 9mm version. They're well made guns designed for CCW. They are relatively new guns, well made. Without night sights and in excellent shape used retail is anywhere from $450.00 to maybe $550.00. Add about $50.00 or so more for night sights. You can check the auction side for ball park pricing.

    They are 3" barreled striker fired pistols in double action only. I've had one for several years. The MK40 is not something you want to shoot a great deal of time due to recoil in a small package. But it is not so bad you can't shoo it enough to become good with it. Mine has been flawless and the workmanship is great. It is a great gun.
