Look at the end. It is not for installing primers...
Any Ideas ?

I could not find out anything on the internet searches...

    It MAY be for swaging the crimp out of primer pockets in GI cases. Or, maybe just for sizing primer pockets to a uniform size.

    Appears that it also uniforms the flash hole from the business end

    I am going with pocket and flash hole uniformer.

    It might swage, but that usually takes a fair bit of force......

    flash hole uniformer and G.I. brass crimp swager, i wish i had bought one when they were available, i wonder if i write the company to see if they still make it, sure would be nice to have one for small batches of brass.

    at first sight i thought it might be a live primer discharger.

    I'm wondering how it will uniform a flash hole when it has no cutter to do that with...
    It don't look like it would be able to move the brass much..
    It sure enough will take the crimp marks out though......

    A bit off topic but Dillon makes a great swager - makes it almost fun to swage military brass. You're supposed to bolt it to a table but for 50 rounds or less I just hand hold. Easiest device around.
