Click on the user name. One of the options on that panel will be 'send an email'.

This forum does not support a private messages system like those found in other forums. You only option for off-the-boards contact with another member is to use the e-mail function, which is dependent on whether or not the member you wish to contact allowed for receiving e-mails when setting up his/her account.
