Kwik Klip? Rem 700 ADL to BDL DM?

I have a rem 700 ADL in 7mm Mag and I want to find a way to convert it over so I can use clips whats the best way to do this?

I have seen people selling Kwik Klip are these any good? Can I have it changed to a BDL DM?
