have been looking at colts and springfield armory models but the models with the low profile/ ajustable sights are overpriced if ya ask me.
getting to the point, i have discovered an auto ordnance model with the style sights that i want
the wuestion is; is auto ordnance a good manufacturer, how do they compare to the colts and springfileds that i have been looking at when it comes to accuracy and reliability?
Any info on this will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rick
Given the choice, I'd take a Springfield. I'm seeing too many Kimbers that are breaking parts.
Good luck,
Mike
Big and slow is better than small and fast.
I'm happy with my Colt 1991 Gov't (5") in Stainless.
For a first Springfield, maybe a Mil-spec:
A better springfield? A Champion! (?PX9142L)
A little fancier in a Springfield? The TRP!
And my favorites? Para-Ordnance.
Companion-Carry Option (CC745S) & CCW (CCW745S) models:
And I've been looking at this Kimber for some time (Stainless Pro Carry II)
E-mail me for links to the best prices.
