i have a remington model 37 rangemaster with a lyman 20 power scope with the recoil spring and fine cross hairs along with redfield olympic front and rear open sights. i was told by my gunsmith that the stock was made by some well known "famous" stock maker as well i dont remember the name. i was just wondering if i could get some ball park figures on what this rifle is worth. i have no plans on selling it as i use it for indoor comp. shooting. but i'm wondering if i should get it insured or not?

I was looking at the gun shop the other day. I seen a nice O/U and was wondering if it's worth the $700.00 he wants. It's a Browning, the gun has Special sporting clay written in gold on the side. Gold single trigger, 4 choke tubes, 12 gauge and ported barrels. I think it had 28 inch barrels. Wood was nice blueing pretty good a little wear on the underside of the receiver. Mostly right where the barrel and receiver meet. The rest of the blueing was nice. I only seen one of these in the completed auction that sold and it was new $1650.00 so the completed auctions didn't give me much of a gauge to go on. THANKS FOR ANY HELP

    I have a M-11 (9mm) and M-12 (380) prebans.....I guess they are the last prebans.
Anyway:Yesterday I stopped in my regular gunshop, and I saw an old MACIt says:INGRAM M10A1. 9MM.45ACP.Military Armament CorporationStephenville, TXI believe that serial # starts with 26- or S6-The gun is in 9mm and has 2 metal parkerized 32 round mags. It is a very heavy and wide model. It looks like the mag well has the adapter for the 9mm mags. The front pin has some sort of wire in it.....I guess to keep it from falling out. The insertion end of that pin shows a good amount of use. The cocking nob is the tall style with the sight groove in it and the tab to keep it from spinning. The barrel is heavier than my M-11 and it has the front strap bracket on it. On the inside, the barrel has some heavy supports/chamber. The barrel isn't machined as smoothly as my M-11's. The hammer is made a numerous plates stacked together, instead of one piece hammer in my M-11. The safety lever was in front of the trigger guard instead of on the side of the reciever. The mag release is made of metal. The welds on the back plate do not look as heavy as the M-11 welds. The back plate also has 3 holes near the top. One is top center....sight hole. The other 2 sit a little bit lower and are alligned left and right. The left hole has been drilled bigger by someone.....I guess to make the clasp for a sling fit. I am sure I could drill the right hole out to the same diameter so the appearence would match. It looks like the gun has a lot of use. I can still see a rifling in the barrel. Condition is probably an NRA Good.I guess that the welds could be redone if necessary and I could have it refinished. It looks like a cool MAC.....Heavy/FAT/shaped like my M12.What is this baby worth? What should I pay? Should I buy it?ThanksChris

I have a 16 1/2" 45-70 Contender barrel with muzzel tamer, dies, and brass. Barrel is like new with front and rear sights, also drilled and tapped for scope. What would be a good price to start on GB?

I recently picked up a U.S. Rock Island Arsenal Model 1903 Bolt Action Military rifle. The front barrel stamp is R.A.12/43.Along with U.S. and the Ordinance stamp. The stock has markings of K-109. With the exception of a few very light rust marks, it is in great condition. It has two switches on the bolt/receiver 1-ready/safe, the other says on/off. It also seems shorter that a Springfield 03/A3. Im not too familiar with this rifle so I thought I would ask for help from those of you who are more knowledgeable. Any help would be appreciated

While checking for property of mine that has been stolen at the local pawn shops I was looking at the following and considering.

Rem. 700 - 7mm rem mag. Already have one but this one has been drilled and tapped for sights, and because it is not a heavy barrel like my other it is lighter. It has some minor rust but inside looks good. Price 499. Would sell for cash for 399 plus tax

Ruger 30-06 with redfield scope, Bolt action looks new can't remember the name. new condition ,very nice gun priced at 599. would discount 100 for cash plus tax

Marlin 336, in 30-30, Not crazy about the round but have kinda always wanted one. pos scope. 189.00

Let me know what you think

I bought this gun about 7-8 years ago for decortive purpose. I was just wondering what it was worth. I paid $225 for it at the time just because of looks. The gun has been reblued, so I know that really hurts the value. It's a Winchester 94 serial #47329, Barrel says Nickel steel 30W.C.F (30-30),22 inch barrel, Crescent butt, straight stock (no checkering) capped forearm, and exceptionally nicely figured wood, magazine tube extends about 5 inches past forearm. Mechanically is in great shape, would make a nice shooter. I just used it for decoration. Thanks

i have an older over/under black powder 12 ga shotgun i won in a raffle 20 years or so ago. it doesnt have any fancy etchings or anything and only on the barrel says ASM 12GA Black Powder Made in Italy, ive only shot it once in each barrel and it has minor scratches on the wood but the barrel still looks brand new. Ive looked in gun books and on the internet but cant find anything close to this. Thanks for any info

A customer has asked me to sell his 04/05 Winchester Super X2 Magnum Ducks Unlimited Dinner Gun. The only problem is I can only guess what it's worth. He asked me to set a reserve at 1000.00 and that these semi-auto's normally go for between 1200 and 1300. Can anyone tell me if this is just wishful thinkin'?

    Thanks

unless there is an obvious flaw it in, i'd say its a good price for such a gun.

Very good price for the gun. A friend of mine has one and has been looking for over a year for another. Nobody can have just one! Everthing he has come close to has been over $1100.
