CZ 40P Guide rod

I know the CZ40P is a limited production run pistol, but does anyone know where I can purchase a Stainless Steel Guide rod?? Don't need one right now, but would like to have a stainless one. I heard some people have turned a few in their home shop. Does any other pistol take the same size rod?
