Springfield 1911 Loaded 45 question

I've called Springfield and I know what features my gun has. However, they wouldn't comment about the price I should ask. I'm selling it and I want to know if my price is right. The weapon was made in 2001. The number on it is N416780.

I am charging $700. I have an offer of $600. The guy says that you can go to Springfield's website and get the same gun for $600 brand new.

So any advice would be welcome and appreciated.
