Need a few questions answered first...Are You actually in Great Britton..! What is the Item/s in discussion ?..Are You legal or working thru an internationally licensed Dealer...Both sides of the Fence...? If yes to any of the above, and it might end up being a State Department problem...We need to know what you've done and how You did it...
RUFE-SNOW might be along shortly...Its My understanding that He's pretty savvy on these international problems......

sellers feedback rating should throw a red flag to any bidders. best to check the feedback rating of any seller before bidding.

Just returned from sellers site...Two Red Flags...Give the Head Office a few days to get caught up...They'll get back to You as soon as they investigate the situation.....

Looks like all of his "neg" feedback is from the last week. Maybe he died? You never know. Hope it gets resolved for you.

His 1st four successful auctions were all in the $30.00 to $35.00 range. I suppose dropping dead is a possibility, but going from delivering on $30.00 items to not delivering on a $500.00 sale makes me believe he was seeding the field so to speak. I suspect the $500.00 is long gone and won't be coming back.

With a 67% average (2 "F"s and 4 "A"s) how do you get a "B" grade out of that? When I was in school, a 70 was a "D-" and anything under that was an "F".

    Nick357,
If you have any air miles, fly to Florida, rent a car, go to a sporting goods store and buy a Louisville Slugger. About a 34 ought to do it. Find this snake's hole, piss into it and when he sticks his head out, smack him several times. Work on his ankles, knees and elbows. Just tell him you are an errand boy, sent by grocery clerks, to collect a debt. He'll understand.

OK fellas, let's be civil. We've answered Nick's question as best we could, & all he can do now is wait for the GB investigation. It IS still possible that this was just some type of family emergency on the part of the seller.

For now, Nick can contact the company that issued the money order, & request a trace. They should be able to tell him if it has been cashed, & possibly even give him a photocopy of the endorsed MO.

If it turns out that this was a fraudulent transaction, his only recourse will be to file a complaint with the Florida legal authorities:
