If any one has one handy, could you check out what a Ruger GP100, .357 magnum, Stainless, 6 Inch barrel, Full Lug, in Near mint condition goes for? The only Marks on the gun are the Drag line on the cylinder. Thanks Guys.

Getting rid of a GP-100 or getting one? If getting you will love it except of course for the trigger. It will survive a nuc at ground zero.

The trigger? What is wrong with the trigger on a GP-100? My 1986 vintage GP-100 has a crisp 22 oz. SA pull, and a whopping 4 lbs. in DA mode[8D]. I do agree that it will happily eat any load I stuff in it though[^].

I shoot mostly Glocks, so im very used to that trigger, its gritty and it doesnt break cleanly, but i shoot it the best, i kind of like the over travel, it lets me take a god amount of slack out and then the triggers not very heavy. the GP100 is a very smooth heavy trigger, but its a very smooth pull, and it breaks oh so cleanly! I dont shoot the .357 as well as i do .45acp or 9mm, but then again, this is my first revolver, and ive only gotten about 50 rounds through it on top of about 300 the guy i got it from put through it.
