7.62 ID

Can someone help me ID some 7.62x51 ammo? I have one can of this stuff in 5 rd. clips in bandos. The headstamp reads 7.62x51 (this is located at 12:00), (at 6:00 the following) H21-59. The primer has a 3-staked crimp similar to HXP 30 06 ammo. The bullet and primer have a green colored sealant. Appears to be basic 7.62 NATO ammo. I have been told Hirtenberger , but he was guessing. Anyone know for sure? Thanks.

Your specific head stamp is not listed in my ID of Military small arms. "H" is used by Hirtenberger but they usually use HP . "H" is also used by Denmark as well. I would say it is European mfg. The "59" is without doubt the year of mfg. Sorry I could not be of more help.
