Heine sights on Taurus PT Mil Pro

I do not particularly like them. Why are they any better than anything else?


They are only adjustable for windage and not without a bit of work at that. Has anyone replaced them with something that is adjustable? I am not looking for a competition target shooter here but I would like to be able to set the sights so I do not have to aim high.
