Can anyone give any info on this pistol? The only markings are a couple proof marks and a capitol "F". Appears to be a .22 short caliber. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks, Gunswapper.

Probably Belgium made, and dating to the last quarter of the 19th Century. Your appears to be the version known as a "Zimmerstutzen", used for indoor target shooting.

There is little collector demand/value for these in the States, other then as a conversation piece or wallhanger.
