Mesick's Gunshop location?

I have a custom Winchester High-wall chambered for .219 IMP Zipper. My Grandfather had it made (I think) in the 50's. the bull-barrel is stamped "Mesick's Gunshop". My Grandfather was from the Chicago area. Anyone heard of this gunshop or know of it's location?
