Binocular double circles

What is causing the double circles with all the binoculars use?

Hello It seems to me if I understand your question that you are not bending the Binocular at the hinge to bring the two halfs closer together You need the center of each tube to be exactly the distance between the center of your EYE PUPILS.

That's what I thought. I guess they are all too narrow. Thanks
