1909 Argentine Carbine Bolt Problems

Should the FMAP and DWM Bolts be interchangable on the 1909 Argentine Carbine?
I have 2 1909 Argy Cavalry Carbines.
(A) is an all matching FMAP
(B) is a mis-match FMAP Receiver with a DWM Bolt and the safety will not flip up because the cocking piece is not far enough back when cocked.
I ordered a trigger & cocking piece from Numrich to see if either might fix the problem. Triggers are the same but the Numrich cocking piece will not rotate on the firing pin in (B).
The Bolt from (A) works in both rifles but,
the DWM bolt from (B) will not fully rotate down in (A). Similar to a NO-GO when you do a headspace. The bolt head is slightly different and the cocking piece is also.
