Generally Charter Arms are descent quality, but have never have been high dollar guns value wise. Check out the 2 large on line gun auctions. Charter has been around with at least 3 different owners since the 70's. See what the actual selling price for various Charter revolvers are, to get a ballpark value for yours. Unfortunately nowadays automatics are much more popular sellers then revolvers, this and the economy would affect the resale value of yours.
