I have a Collector of Curios and Relics license. I don't believe I need to log in purchases of new firearms. Am I correct? Thanks in advance.

I think you mean C&R, not CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revival). [;)]

You are correct if it isn't a C&R item and you completed a 4473 at your FFL dealer.

Certainly not unless they're C&R guns.

If they are not guns you purchased on your C&R license then No you do not need to log them.
If you purchased them with your License then YES you are suppose to log them into your book.

Right answer. As a matter of additional information, C&R guns you bought before you had your license do not have to be logged in the book, but if you sell one purchased before you had the license you have to log it in as being from your personal collection and log it out to whoever bought it.

It doesn't matter if you "used" your license to acquire a C&R firearm. If you are licensed when you acquire the C&R firearm, it must be logged.
