Here is yet another Model 94 from the same customer. Same questions again, what condition, and possible value. The Serial# is 39878XX I once again super appreciate the help, I know nothing about these Model 94s, but I'm learning a lot in the last week. [:D]

This guy REALLY needs to figure out how to care for his rifles!! The recoil pad is not original to the gun. The front sight hood is missing. The DOM is 1974. At best it is a $150 rifle.

He's passed on now, these are inherited guns from a customer. Most of his guns are in not so good condition. It's a shame really. Old rusty bolt action Marlin shots are half of his collection.

This 94 unfortunately has virtually no collectors value, considering the condition it's in. Best sold/used as a "truck gun", to be stashed under the seat of a pick-up.

On the other hand, the older W W II vintage 94 that you posted photos of yesterday. Could potentially have much greater value. If the pitting on the left side isn't so deep, that it would hinder professional restoration.

Restoration to most of the crowd is a waste of money,,the above gun is 175-200 around here..That pad needs to come off-
