Colt 1860 (is it real?)

Please help me determine of my Colt model 1860 could be real or not. It has a serial number of 142xxx with a 3-screw frame cut for shoulder stock. Cylinder has the navy ship scene and is stamped with a "D". Barrel is 8 in long and stamped with a "D" on the left side and has the New York address. The strange think is that the rifling would spin the bullet clockwise instead of counterclockwise. I have not seen this before. Did colt build any 1860's with this configuration? Thanks
