It is the new Glock Automatic Pistol cartridge for the Glock Model 37.

New chambering for the Glock Model 37 Pistol. .45 Caliber Projectile in a cartridge case just a little longer then the 9mm P.
This enables Glock to utilize the platforms normally associated with 9mm P & .40 S & W ( G 19 & G 23 ) for a pistol chambered for a .45 caliber projectile,
