Taurus Cylinder Removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the cylinder from the yoke on a Taurus small frame, model 85 revolver ??

    Lee; I do know the cylinder pin unscrews- front part from the rear- "star" portion. I also "think" it is left hand thread but am not certain anymore. Hope this helps.

    Right side of the frame, front screw under the trigger guard. Remove this screw and the whole cylinder and crane will slide out, then grip the cylinder and the extractor rod and unscrew like 4440 said.

    Put the extractor rod in some wood blocks in a vice so you don't scratch it. Then turn the cylinder by hand. DON'T use pliers on it[xx(][V]
