century shotguns "incomplete" ??

I see khan shotguns on sale at Century arms but they all seem to say "incomplete" Even the ones rated as Very good and Excellent.

Anyone know what the incomplete means? Are they just missing choke tubes? Something else?

Thanks.

It could be anything. When returned guns come in they are "inspected" for additional damage or tinkering. That could mean a cursory once over and back in the case or a detailed look. Some unscrupled characters will order a gun and remove something then return it. Their thinking is that the cost of shipping is less than the cost of the replacement part they stole. In other cases, the firearm is damaged slightly in shipping and returned for exchange. The company gets some insurance $$ and then uses that piece for scavenge parts for others. It might be choke tubes, butt plate, sight bead, or maybe the entire forend or stock.
