Best ammo

I have just ordered a Savage bolt action in 223.
I have a chance to buy a large quqntity of ammo by either PMC or Norinco for the same price ( 7.50 per box ).
Which would be best ?
If neither I would also like to know .

Had enough norinco 223 to burn out the barrel of a mini-14 (about 3500 rounds...). Shot fine, but has a very strong ammonia odor ...

Same price, I'd say get the PMC.

I've shot both. IMO, PMC is much nicer. I don't even like shooting Norinco out of my Mini-30 and SKS. In an accurate rifle like your Savage, you should shoot a quality ammo(Winchester,Federal,Hornady). The PMC is decent target ammo.
